When do I receive my beautiful item?
After your payment has been received, we'll dispatch your items to you within 2 business days if the items are non-customised/personalised and providing we have stock.

We hold stock of most of our products. In the rare event that we are out of stock, we will notify you and the items will be sent within 10 working days.

Personalised items with print work or embroidery require approx 5 working days to dispatch.

If you have left it to the last minute and require personalised items urgently please contact us at hello@lilyloveslace.com.au and we will do our utmost to help you receive your quality luxury items in time for your wedding or special event.

Who do you use for delivery?
We use Australia Post to deliver your items within Australia. We offer FREE delivery within Australia for all orders over $120. Orders under $120 are $8.95 for standard delivery & $15 for express delivery.

We use DHL for International deliveries with a flat rate delivery fee of $35 per order.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery please leave a note on your order with an Authority to Leave. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the safety of any items with Authority to Leave once scanned as delivered.

Where do you deliver?
We send our gorgeous robes and sleepwear all over the world.

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location and how fast your local postal service is.

For Australian deliveries please allow 2-7 working days for your order to be delivered before contacting us that your parcel is missing. For International deliveries please allow 7-10 working says for your order to be delivered before contacting us that your parcel is missing.

All orders are sent with tracking and tracking details are emailed to your nominated email address on your order. You may tracking your parcels delivery progress at any time online by going to www.austpost.com.au/track and entering your tracking number.

Does Lily Loves Lace cover the cost of customs, duties & taxes?

We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.
