Returns & Exchanges

Lily Loves Lace will only refund if an item is deemed as faulty. We do not refund for Change of Mind.If you would like to exchange an item a store credit will be issued and applied to your account.All return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser - with the exception damaged/faulty items.
Contact for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and period past this time frame renders the item as final sale and it may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges are available for non-personalised items only. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. In the event that an item is returned without the original packaging and tags attached 10% restocking fee will be incurred.
All items where a role / name / title / personalised option is placed on the item is not refundable or exchangable.

Exchange/Refund process
1. Email with your request to exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your item. We will then provide you with further details.
2. Your refund / store credit will only be processed once the item/s are returned and inspected. 
3. Refunds will only be processed via the original method of payment and are only applicable for faulty items.
Robes & Eye Masks - All lettering is created via high quality heat transfer vinyl.  Sleepwear & Pillowcases - All lettering is EMBROIDERED
General Garment Care:
1. Gentle wash cycle, line dry, warm iron.
2. Place a tea towel or towel directly over any lettering, with a warm iron only. Do not hold the iron over the lettering for any time. Do not iron directly on any vinyl lettering.
We cannot accept liability for any vinyl printing on our products that is damaged or unusable due to improper care.

Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods. You must include photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse. We do not take any responsibility for washing and ironing of garments, these are at your own risk.

Screen colours and settings vary across devices, as a result of this it is possible that the colour of your product may differ slightly to the colour displayed while browsing the website. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
Colours chosen and ordered by the buyer are final and we cannot be held responsible for any change of mind or other circumstances surrounding colour choice. We do not replace the items if you do not like your colour combinations once printed.
Whilst we take great care to photograph our products monitors can distort the colour quite considerably from what is shown on the computer to what is received in real life.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Some sale items do have defects as listed and will not be removed.
